Brief Bio
Christian Vogel was born in Graz, Austria, in 1975. He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in telematik (summa cum laude) and the Dr. techn. degree in electrical and information engineering (summa cum laude) from Graz University of Technology in 2001 and 2005, respectively.
In 2004 he was visiting researcher at the Division of Electronics Systems at Linköping University, Sweden, and from 2008 to 2009, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Signal and Information Processing Laboratory at ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
He is now senior researcher and key account manager at the Telecommunications Research Center Vienna (FTW) and lecturer at the Signal Processing and Speech Communication Laboratory, Graz University of Technology.
His research interests include the design and theory of digital, analog, and mixed-signal processing systems with special emphasis on communication systems and digital enhancement techniques for analog signal processing systems. He is Senior Member of the IEEE.
